Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using CourtDraws, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use CourtDraws. If you use CourtDraws on behalf of a group or club, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these terms for it.

Your account

You need an account to use CourtDraws. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials secure, and to be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use CourtDraws. Let us know at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Community conduct

CourtDraws is built for real communities on real courts. When you use it — especially in group chat and shared rosters — you agree to be decent:

• Treat other members with respect. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or bullying.
• Don’t impersonate others or misrepresent who you are.
• Don’t post content that’s unlawful, obscene, or infringes someone else’s rights.
• Don’t spam groups or use invites to send unsolicited messages.

Group organizers may set their own additional rules and manage their rosters. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Appropriate use

You agree not to:

• Use CourtDraws for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you’re not authorized to.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without permission.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or build a competing product using our software or data.

Your content

You own the content you create in CourtDraws — your profile, messages, recorded results, and group information (“your content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and improve CourtDraws for you and the groups you belong to. You’re responsible for the content you post, and for having the right to post it.

Invitations and groups

Invites let you bring people into a group. When you create or share an invite, you agree to share it only with people you intend to include. When you join a group, the group and its organizers can see your display name, your participation (RSVPs, results, stats), and anything you post in that group’s chat. Organizers manage membership and may remove members. Joining a group means accepting that its shared history — courts, results, and messages — is visible to its members.

Intellectual property

CourtDraws — including the app, this website, our name, logo, and design — belongs to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms don’t grant you any right to use our branding without our written permission. Your content remains yours.

Availability and changes

We work to keep CourtDraws available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make a material change to these terms, we’ll revise the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers

CourtDraws is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don’t warrant that draws, ratings, or stats will be accurate for every situation — they’re tools to help you run a great night, not a guarantee of any outcome on court.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CourtDraws and its team won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using CourtDraws and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use CourtDraws in a way that harms others or the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as content licenses already granted, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, to the extent applicable, the state in which CourtDraws is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
